Interpretation

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You purchased the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Returns

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Smoking Products – Limited Return Policy

Due to the nature of smoking accessories and products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items.

Customers must submit a return request within 7 days from the delivery date.
Proof of damage or defect (such as photos) may be required for approval.
If approved, customers may receive a replacement or store credit.

General Return Guidelines

Returns for non-smoking products are accepted within 14 days from the delivery date.
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all non-smoking product returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used smoking products.
Items returned after the 7-day window for smoking products.
Items returned after the 14-day window for all other goods.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or health-sensitive items.

Provide your order details and proof of defect/damage.
Await confirmation and return instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

 

Gifts

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

European Union 7 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
